December round-up

December was a busy month here at Grace Dieu Manor Park Nursery and Charles Booth Pre-School. As well as all of the important learning, we made sure we enjoyed lots of fun Christmas activities.

We had a wonderful time at our annual Christingle service. Rev Darren told the Christmas story, we sang Away in a manger and Twinkle Twinkle. We also talked about advent and the meaning of a Christingle.

Then, Santa Claus himself, paid a visit to Grace Dieu Manor Park Nursery and Charles Booth Pre-School to have breakfast with the children. The children were so excited to meet Father Christmas and had lots of questions to ask him.

Our upper-preschoolers 'sparkled and shined' in their recent Nativity performance! Definitely one of our yearly highlights. We hoped you enjoyed watching just as much as the children enjoyed performing it.

The children of Grace Dieu Manor Park Nursery and Charles Booth Pre-School enjoyed a fabulous Christmassy day out at Conkers! The children met Santa, the reindeers and enjoyed playing in the snow.

We would also just like say, from all of us at Grace Dieu Manor Park Nursery and Charles Booth Pre-School, Happy New Year!
