February round-up

Considering February is the shortest month of the year, we’ve had a busy one!


We started off the month celebrating Chinese New Year. The children made Chinese lanterns, printed some animals from the Chinese Calendar and enjoyed messy play with rice and noodles.


We also made paper fans and decorated them.


We got messy for Pancake Day, learning about what ingredients go into making pancakes, as well as what delicious toppings we can have on top.


Love was in the air at Charles Booth Pre-School and Grace Dieu Manor Park Nursery. The children got stuck into doing some Valentine’s Day themed crafts to take back home.


We had our first Holiday Club of the year. The children had the opportunity to do arts and crafts, attend Forest School, get sporty as well as do yoga and dance.
